Welcome to the RUMREN Unified Ecosystem. The following Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and legal limitations regarding access to and use of the member portal, APIs, and all integrated RUMREN.ID products and services.
This Terms of Service document constitutes a legal, valid, binding, and enforceable agreement between you ("User") and the operators of RUMREN Unified Ecosystem ("RUMREN", "We", "Us"). Accessing or utilizing our portal, bots, APIs, and affiliated applications constitutes absolute, unconditional agreement to all clauses herein.
a. RUMREN: The lawful owner, developer, and copyright holder of all digital infrastructure under the rumren.id domain and its derivatives.
b. User: Any individual or entity accessing, registering, or utilizing RUMREN digital features.
c. Stars & Internal Credits: Internal digital utility units that hold no real-world monetary conversion value outside the RUMREN system.
d. Sole Discretion: RUMREN holds the exclusive and absolute right to interpret the meaning and enforcement of any provision in this document should disputes or interpretative differences arise.
RUMREN reserves the right at any time to modify, supplement, remove, or adjust features, pricing, interfaces, and terms of service unilaterally. Updates take immediate binding effect upon publication on the official website without requiring separate individual consent from Users.
Users waive any legal right to claim lack of awareness, failure to read, or misunderstanding of terms of service updates published on this official RUMREN portal.
Access to all applications and modules within the RUMREN ecosystem is managed through a Single Sign-On (SSO) architecture. Every registered account holder bears full responsibility for maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and all activities occurring under their account.
A single registered account entitles the user to access the main member portal and connected applications (such as Monifi, RUMREN Bio, and Muslim Pro). Profile data, license access permissions, and Stars balances synchronize concurrently across the entire ecosystem via encrypted session token protocols.
Users must provide valid, accurate, and current identity information upon registration, including full legal name, active email address, and a reachable Telegram ID/phone number. Identity spoofing or using another party's credentials without explicit authorization constitutes a severe violation.
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing passwords, authentication tokens, magic login links, or OTP verification codes with anyone. Official RUMREN staff or representatives NEVER request your password or OTP code. Any losses resulting from user negligence in securing credentials fall entirely outside Platform liability.
New accounts or accounts undergoing email address updates must complete contact verification via confirmation links or OTPs. Users failing to complete verification within the specified grace period may face feature restrictions or temporary access suspension to safeguard account data.
If you suspect unauthorized access, session hijacking, or suspicious login activity on your account, you must immediately change your password and contact official RUMREN support channels to revoke all active sessions.
All financial transactions, package purchases, Stars top-ups, and AI computational allocations within the RUMREN ecosystem are final, legally binding, and subject to comprehensive legal protection for RUMREN.
Stars and AI computing quotas are internal consumptive digital assets provided under a limited license. Stars are NOT banking deposits, are not electronic money redeemable for fiat currency, bear no interest, cannot be inherited, and cannot be claimed for cash refunds (strictly non-refundable & non-convertible).
Users are strictly prohibited from filing chargebacks, payment disputes, or unilateral payment recalls via banks or payment processors after digital items or Stars have been credited to an account. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without RUMREN's prior written consent is treated as fraudulent activity resulting in immediate account termination.
RUMREN does not provide refunds in any form for mistaken purchases, device incompatibility, user oversight, or account inactivity. Once a transaction is successfully verified and processed by the payment gateway, RUMREN's system delivery obligation is deemed fully discharged.
RUMREN reserves the right to audit, deduct, or confiscate Stars balances and license privileges acquired due to synchronization anomalies, software bugs, or transactions suspected of manipulation without any obligation to provide compensation.
All components, source code, visual interfaces, logos, graphics, databases, and documentation contained on the RUMREN platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of Indonesia and applicable international conventions.
The RUMREN Unified Ecosystem along with trademarks, logos, the rumren.id domain, UI/UX designs, AI algorithms, bot scripts, and backend architectures are the exclusive property of the owner and developers of RUMREN. Use of the services does not convey any intellectual property ownership rights to Users.
RUMREN grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license solely to access and utilize platform features in accordance with their subscription tier for personal or legitimate internal business operations.
Users retain copyright over data, text, financial ledgers, or media uploaded into our applications (such as RUMREN Bio links or Monifi bookkeeping entries). Users grant RUMREN a non-exclusive right to technically process, store, and display such data necessary for service delivery.
If you believe that any material or content within the ecosystem infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a takedown request accompanied by valid proof of ownership through our official legal contact channels.
To ensure a secure, reliable, and fair environment for all users, RUMREN enforces strict acceptable use restrictions. Violations of the following provisions may result in immediate access termination and legal prosecution.
Users may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, create derivative works from, hack internal APIs, bypass authentication/OTP tokens, or execute server penetration testing without prior written permission from RUMREN security personnel.
The use of automated scripts, crawlers, robots, spiders, or web scraping utilities to harvest pricing data, user records, AI allocations, or portal assets in bulk that burdens server computing capacity is strictly prohibited.
Any exploitation of system vulnerabilities to duplicate Stars balances, alter payment gateway invoice statuses, forge transfer receipts, or conduct transactions in violation of Anti-Money Laundering regulations is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from uploading, disseminating, or linking to content containing malware, ransomware, phishing schemes, pornography, hate speech, unauthorized online gambling, terrorist propaganda, or any content conflicting with applicable cyber laws (UU ITE).
The RUMREN ecosystem incorporates integrations with trusted third-party service providers to optimize automation features, instant notifications, and user data processing.
Linking your RUMREN account with the official Telegram Bot enables real-time notification delivery, Monifi financial summaries, and rapid command execution. Users remain responsible for maintaining the security of their personal Telegram accounts against unauthorized takeover.
Credit card processing, QRIS, bank transfers, and e-wallets are handled directly by payment gateways licensed by Bank Indonesia (including iPaymu). RUMREN does not store sensitive card numbers or banking transaction PINs on its servers.
The RUMREN portal may contain links to external third-party sites or services (e.g., custom user links on RUMREN Bio). We have no control over and assume no liability for the content, privacy practices, or operations of third-party platforms.
This section defines the statutory boundaries of RUMREN's legal liability and the indemnification obligations of the User regarding platform usage.
RUMREN services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RUMREN expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, gold market data accuracy, technical error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall the cumulative legal liability of RUMREN to any User for all claims, losses, or legal causes exceed the lesser of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah) or the actual subscription fee paid by the User during the current billing month.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RUMREN, its affiliates, directors, officers, and developers from and against any claims, actions, fines, financial losses, or reasonable attorney fees asserted by third parties arising from a breach of these Terms or unauthorized account usage.
RUMREN shall be fully released from performance obligations or damage claims caused by events of Force Majeure (including natural disasters, wars, ISP disruptions, banking gateway outages, regulatory interventions, fiber cutoffs, or large-scale cyber warfare).
RUMREN maintains sole and absolute discretion to enforce ecosystem compliance without requiring prior court authorization.
RUMREN reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict features of, or permanently terminate any User account immediately without prior notice upon detection of suspected fraud, scraping, exploit bots, payment manipulation, or violations of applicable laws.
If a User account is frozen or terminated due to policy breaches, all remaining Stars balances, AI quotas, active subscription plans, and access rights are AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED without entitlement to refunds, damages, or restitution of any kind.
The User and RUMREN expressly waive the application of Articles 1266 and 1267 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) to the extent that a court ruling or legal decree would otherwise be required to terminate or dissolve this agreement.
These terms mandate dispute resolution within RUMREN's legal domicile jurisdiction and impose strict limitation periods to prevent stale claims.
Any legal action, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the RUMREN platform must be formally commenced within 30 (thirty) calendar days following the event giving rise to such claim. Failure to file within this period shall permanently bar and extinguish the claim.
All disputes that cannot be settled amicably within 30 days of consultation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court located at RUMREN's registered legal domicile in the Republic of Indonesia. Users irrevocably waive any objection to such venue.
Users expressly waive any right to bring, join, or participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action lawsuit, representative proceeding, or collective arbitration against RUMREN.
The following provisions conclude the Terms of Service Agreement for the RUMREN Unified Ecosystem.
If any provision of this document is declared unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and RUMREN regarding use of the platform, superseding any prior written or oral agreements, discussions, or understandings.
